The more familiar your pet is with our facility, the better they will do. Plan on bringing your pet a few times for doggie daycare or day lodging so they can get to know the staff. The better they know us, the better they do. The pets that normally do the best are the regular daycare dogs that come 1-2 times a week. You can always bring your pet's small blanket that will remind them of home. Feel free to call and check in on your pooch anytime during their stay.
All pets must have veterinary proof of vaccination administration.

Lets face it waiting sucks! Our lobby does get rather busy at times and wait times are inevitable. We appreciate patience and understanding, our first job is to keep all pets safe and too many pets in a confined area, who are excited to see their families can get hairy.(No pun intended!) Also our staff is well versed in each pets personality, you may arrive first to pick up your pet and another pet gets brought up before yours. The reason may be that we are trying to minimize the risk of a pet reacting to another or your dog may have jumped in the pool right before you came and we need to dry her off.
This is a program that will cover up to $500 of veterinary expenses if your pet should get sick or have an injury during their lodging stay. The cost is built in to your pets stay.
*Exceptions to this coverage are 1) pre-existing health conditions; 2) injury, illness or death resulting from incidents occurring before arrival; 3) injuries sustained from another family pet while boarding or playing together; and 4) gastric dilatation-volvulus (Bloat) 5) Vaccinations must be administered at least 10 days prior to arrival. 6) Pets that have not received Bordetella at least 10 days prior to arrival and show signs of upper respiratory infection will not be covered.
Payment is easy if you place a credit card on your profile we will automatically charge you upon picking up your pet. If you prefer not to place a card on file give yourself a little extra time at check in to process your charges. Cancellations or changes on pets visit will require a 72 hour (7 days peak season) notice. We do require a nominal deposit for each booking it helps keep order and predictability in our schedule.
